WHAT ARE THE MANDATORY EXTRA'S?

COMFORT PACK for catamarans is the cost for final cleaning, bed linen, towels, wi-fi and outdoor motor. The TRANSIT LOG for Motorboats and Sailing Yachts Is the cost for final cleaning, bed linen, towels and wi-fi. The TOURIST TAX is 1,50 euro per day per passenger (in Croatia as at 1/1/2023).

WHAT IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

A security deposit is required when you pick up the boat and will be refunded when you return the boat without damage.

DO I NEED A SKIPPER'S LICENCE?

There are 2 types of charter: BAREBOAT and SKIPPERED. BAREBOAT CHARTER refers to charter with at least 1 qualified crew member with a valid skipper’s licence and experience and skill. They are responsible for safety, rules, and regulations. You have the freedom and privacy to do as you please. SKIPPERED CHARTER If you do not have a licenced crew member, you can organise a qualified skipper with your Charter Company once you complete your reservation online and receive a Booking Number.

If you do not have a licenced crew member, you can organise a qualified skipper with your Charter Company once you have booked online and receive a Booking Number. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of a skipper is an additional cost (excluding food, drinks, and tips).

WHAT IS A HOSTESS?

A hostess provides general cleaning and assists in meals preparation. They can assist in guest activities and the skipper with docking. You can organise a hostess with your Charter Company once you have booked online and receive a Booking Number. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of a hostess is an additional cost (excluding food, drinks, and tips).

WHAT IS EARLY CHECK-IN?

For an additional charge, you can check-in up to 4 hours earlier. The boat you are taking on charter will be prepared as a priority. Normal check-in usually commences by 17.00 on a Saturday.

The security deposit is a refundable fee that must be paid in cash or by credit card at the \me of pick-up. You will receive a refund a+er the boat has been inspected and verified as undamaged.

SKIPPERED CHARTER If you do not have a licenced crew member, you can organise a qualified skipper with your Charter Company at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of a skipper is an additional cost, starting from €150 per day approximately (excluding food, drinks, and tips). The skipper generally has local knowledge of the area so they can suggest to best beaches and places to anchor. An experienced skipper allows you to switch off and enjoy your sailing journey carefree.
