3) Renter - A Renter enters into an agreement for a specific boat listing for Charter and pays for the reservation. A Renter needs to be over the age of 18 and is legally capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.
4) Booking – Refers to a paid reservation for a specified boat listing.
5) Charter – Refers to the rental/hire of a specified boat for specific dates.
6) Boat Owner/Charter Company – List their available boat for charter and are responsible for the listing accuracy, information, and price.
TheYachtClub.hr website provides general information, specifications, content, and online reservation with payment facility for boat charters. TheYachtClub.hr facilitates the rental of a listed boat and acts as a third-party intermediary for contracts between the Renter and the Boat Owner/Charter Company.
TheYachtClub.hr website provides information, prices, and the ability to make a paid boat charter reservation all online. We act as an intermediary between the Renter the Boat Owner/Charter Company.
TheYachtClub.hr receive a service fee from Boat Owner/Charter Company for arranging the reservation online. This service fee is included in the Charter price.
When you complete a booking on TheYachtClub.hr website, you enter a legally binding agreement. We provide details of your reservation and forward payment to the Boat Owner/Charter Company. Once the booking is finalized online, you will receive e-mail confirmation with your boat charter reservation and all necessary information. Online reservations may be supported by e-mail and telephone correspondence.
TheYachtClub.hr assumes no responsibility for obvious errors that are not binding. Product specifications are given on the site according to our knowledge and beliefs. We reserve the right to make mistakes in the description and image of the product. Some images of the products on this website may be illustrative in nature basis.

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer.
If your charter commences within the following 30 days, then you will be required to pay 100% at the time of booking. If the charter commences with more than 30 days prior to charter commencement, you have the option to pay 50% or 100% at time of booking.
You will receive all the necessary information by e-mail once you have confirmed your booking online.
These General Terms of Use are regulated and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the application of this Convention to these General Terms and Conditions of Use is hereby expressly excluded. Jurisdiction for all disputes related to this website is in Zadar, Croatia. If any of the provisions of these General Terms of Use are invalid or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The Cancellation policy varies amongst various Boat Owners/Charter Companies. Please refer to the online listing and cancellation policy prior to making an online booking.
The Boat Owner/Charter Company is solely responsible for the listing accuracy. The boat provided is assumed to be technically satisfactory, available, clean and with safety equipment. TheYachtClub.hr is not liable for incorrect or misleading listings. TheYachtClub.hr undertakes every effort to deal with trusted partners only.
